The Handorgel Hefeweizen is a fictional beer brewed by the equally fictional Bitteshon Brewery in Boston, MA. The goal was to brand this beverage as a German wheat beer that is brewed and sold in America. Instead of looking to traditional Germanic ornamental design that is often seen on German beer labels, this design draws from the Bauhaus—a simple styling, but one that still invokes the German heritage from which the beer is derived. Golden yellow and dark orange suggest a wholesome harvest, and well-characterize the cloudy wheat beer.
